Many of our topics – such as accounting, finance and taxes – are difficult to present visually. In addition, we often had the problem that images from stock platforms had already been used multiple times. Thanks to AI and specific prompts, we can now create unique, individual images.

Vanessa:For training videos, we use AI avatars based on real instructors from our Lexware Academy. Now that the processes are in place, we are saving a considerable amount of time and effort. What challenges or concerns have you experienced when integrating AI into existing processes?

Vanessa:A major challenge was designing the processes so that the AI actually works effectively. At first, there were uncertainties as to whether the AI was working properly or spreading misinformation. In addition, the fear that the AI would replace employees caused some concerns.

Another sticking point is compliance with data protection and compliance guidelines. In our company in particular, there are many legal requirements that must be met before AI can even be used. The road to successful integration requires a lot of patience, testing and constant optimization of processes.

What role do you see for AI in the future and what developments do you expect in the field of online marketing?

Vanessa:I am convinced that videos will play a central role. Currently, AI-generated videos are often still prone to errors, but I believe that this technology will be greatly optimized and that we will soon be able to use it to produce high-quality content.”

“In general, I still see AI as a support tool, but it is not a replacement for real people. The danger is that some companies rely too heavily on AI and set their expectations too high. One example of this is the uncontrolled production of content that is no longer maintained or checked later – for example, with regard to SEO factors or technical criteria.”
