Do what you love:

• You are responsible for the conception, strategic planning, implementation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram and, if applicable, LinkedIn.
• You provide your customers with holistic support and independently manage campaigns according to specified performance goals
• You develop briefings for creative advertising materials for internal and external service providers
• You are responsible for monthly budgets of up to 6 figures
• You create reports and present measures / recommendations to customers
• You support sales appointments and workshops
• You work independently on responsible tasks with a corresponding salary and additional earning opportunities through bonuses and commissions

What you bring with you:

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of social media ads (paid social) and a high affinity for performance marketing
• You have in-depth knowledge of the use of Facebook advertising options (business manager, advertising manager)
• You are bright, smart and have a quick grasp of things
• As an experienced number juggler, you also have exceptional analytical skills
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively with your customers in both business-fluent German and English
